Developing a taste for the absurd at an early age, San Francisco comedian Alex Koll's comedy has grown organically to reflect a far-reaching creativity that has two dirty sneakers planted firmly on the ground. His act dips and weaves between what's right in front of us all and unexpected forays into the strange.
Alex has performed at the prestigious Montreal Just For Laughs Festival, garnering a "Best of New Faces" nod, and appeared on Comedy Central's "Live At Gotham.” He has also performed at countless festivals and released his debut album titled “Wizard Hello” on the Rooftop Comedy label in 2011. Alex is also the two-time winner of the San Francisco Regional Air Guitar Championship; No kidding.
“As you might expect, given his bizarre online trail, his standup is influenced by the non-sequitur-laden absurdism of Mitch Hedberg and Zach Galifianakis. But what makes Koll's act special is how he bridges the gulf between askew alt-comedy and grounded, observational humor. It's a rare quality in the alternative-comedy community, where many are intent on out-quirking one another. Whether going on obscure tangents or offering up more straightforward observations, Koll's comic voice is his own.”

Alex is currently flightless and unable to lay eggs.

Andy Haynes was raised on salmon and caffeine, in the shadows of Mt. Rainier in the wilds of the Pacific Northwest. He now lives in Los Angeles, where he is a comedian, though he looks like he should be skippering a sailing regatta. With performances on Conan, Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, and the New Faces showcase at the Montreal Just for Laughs Festival, Andy is becoming a must see performer.

This week the nation's premiere comedians are making their annual pilgrimage to the Bridgetown Comedy Festival in Portland, but before they descend upon the Rose City an all-star lineup of 2013 Bridgetown performers from four different states will be slinging jokes in Seattle at the Comedy Underground for one night only.
Scheduled performers include:
Comedian, juggler and ringmaster extraordinaire Michael Davis has corralled an energetic cast to create a premiere evening of comedy, circus and vaudeville.
Michael is an inspired deadpan comedian and the father of modern comedy juggling. He's a screamingly funny comedy juggler who projects a casual and contemporary personality that nails the audience.
For years he played the part of Chef Tad Overdone at Teatro Zinzanni in Seattle and San Francisco and was a touring clown with Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus.
He's currently creating a theatrical vaudeville show entitled "Out Of The Ordinary" with Mark Mitton and Vince Bruce.
